Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Somerset, NJ, where you will engage with a diverse patient population. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, accommodating a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough orthopedic assessments to determine the specific needs and conditions of each patient, enabling the development of individualized and targeted treatment strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on current best practices, including a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at accelerating recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for patients.
• Engage actively in case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and refine treatment approaches, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and the importance of adherence to prescribed home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with both state and facility regulations.
• Stay informed about developments in the field of orthopedic physical therapy, attending workshops or pursuing further education to enhance professional competencies.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with patients recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
