Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement treatment regimens in both individual and group settings, ensuring continuity and progression of care based on patient responses and progress.
• Regularly document treatment plans and patient progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system, facilitating clear communication within the multidisciplinary team.
• Continually assess and adjust therapy goals, utilizing patient feedback and performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, self-care techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through workshops, seminars, and professional associations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
