If you’re someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.**This role will work 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.****What You'll Do:**### As a Production Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the production floor.* Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets* Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations* Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement* Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches* Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections* Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions* Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility* Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources* Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management**What You'll Bring:**You’re a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field* 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment* At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience* Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems* Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills* Experience developing and implementing operational proceduresThe estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $90k. plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
