Schedule Coordinator

Join our dedicated team at Columbus Health and Rehab, where we're committed to providing compassionate care in a supportive, resident-centered environment. We're currently seeking a Schedule Coordinator as a full time position Monday through Friday (hours may vary) to manage staff schedules and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.

What You'll Do:

Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to meet resident care needs
Ensure compliance with Wisconsin DHS staffing regulations and internal policies
Coordinate coverage for call-ins, PTO, and last-minute changes
Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and department leaders
Maintain accurate scheduling records using our Valid Shifts software
Support HR and Nursing with onboarding, timekeeping and attendance tracking
Assist with supply inventory and ordering
Assist with other Administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1+ year of experience in healthcare scheduling (Skilled Nursing experience a plus!)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
