Job Responsibilities

• Provide wound care treatments to patients, including debridement, dressing changes, and other wound care therapies

• Conduct clinical assessments to identify wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on wound care techniques and best practices

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Current NYS RN license
