• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Ensure patient data is securely stored and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Coordinate patient appointments within dental providers schedules and treatment room availability.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental office, knowledge of dental insurance a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
