Job Details: Job Location: Desert Cove - Phoenix, AZ 85029. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: Master's Degree. Travel Percentage: Up to 25%. Job Shift: Day Shift. Job Category: Behavioral Health/Social Work. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. No weekends. Compensation: Starting at \$23.42 for BHT level therapists, \$57,000+ for associate level therapists, \$70,000+ for independent licensed therapists. Position Summary Terros Health is seeking a full‑time Co‑Located Clinician for the LADDER (LifeAffirming DualDiagnosis Education and Recovery) program at both East McDowell Ave and Desert Cove locations. The clinician, supervised by the LADDER Site Manager, will provide outpatient counseling services to individuals with co‑occurring substance use and mental health symptoms. Duties encompass individual and group counseling, case management, meal preparation and service, transportation coordination, break coverage, and general program support to ensure client care remains the focus. Clinician Duties and Responsibilities Develop therapeutic relationships with clients, in‑home or onsite, as required. Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family. Utilize evidence‑based practices to meet client needs. Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions. Seek supervision or consultation as appropriate. Self‑reflect and maintain a high level of self‑awareness. Ensure treatment plans translate client needs into clear, measurable objectives. Demonstrate respectful treatment of clients while adhering to confidentiality guidelines. Comply with Terros Health policies, procedures, and professional code of ethics. Maintain session structure, starting and ending visits in a timely manner. Project a positive, professional image. Meet performance measures related to engagement, successful closures, and referrals to primary care. Ensure clients access primary care at least annually or as designated by the Primary Care physician. Review service deliveries to ensure health outcomes. Collaborate with all members of the treatment team, keeping clients at the center of care. Actively engage in coordination of client care. Complete administrative responsibilities and documentation on the same day. Write progress notes reflecting evidence‑based treatment and complete intake paperwork on the day of service. Travel between multiple sites to provide services and remain punctual. Maintain or obtain Arizona State Certification within one year of hire. Perform other duties as assigned and maintain productivity metrics at all times. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other required activities. Arizona license or eligibility for Arizona license. Valid Arizona driver’s license; 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, meeting Terros Health’s driving policy. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or application within 7 working days of hire. Pass a TB Test. Ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary. Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual ability desired but not required.
