This contract position offers a full-time schedule, with 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week, supporting early childhood learners. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Dual certification in Special Education and Elementary Education
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary students preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, data tracking, and goal setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility in instructional approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
• Write and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Regularly assess and document student progress
• Partner with families, related service providers, and general education teachers
• Adapt curriculum and classroom environments to support inclusion
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
