Clinical Site Manager Position in West Phoenix- SMI - LPC or LCSW Required: $90K + $5K Bonus (8310)

Job Summary Terros Health is hiring a Clinical Site Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental illness and co‑occurring disorders at the 51st Avenue Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The position requires an Arizona licensed clinician – LCSW or LPC – and a Master’s degree. The role is full‑time, Monday–Friday, with a salary range of $83,000 to $93,000 plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Implement policies and clinical management procedures established for the facility. Supervise clinical activities to ensure services comply with policies, laws, regulations, and licensure/accreditation standards. Create a climate that promotes quality treatment and staff confidence. Manage clinical staff, providing direct supervision to Clinical Coordinators and Clinical Liaison(s). Oversee delivery of appropriate clinical services and ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements. Use qualitative and quantitative outcomes and process data to initiate training, mentoring, and performance improvement activities. Communicate operational barriers to the Site Administrator and other direct services management staff. Promote the Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care vision and recovery philosophy in clinical practice. Mentor, coach, and teach staff in assessment and treatment planning. Orient new staff and conduct Clinical Staff meetings to discuss plans, goals, and challenges. Qualifications Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW). Arizona independent license: LCSW or LPC. Three to five years of experience in a leadership position in a behavioral health setting. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred. BLS certification required. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records – NextGen preferred. Experience working with diverse populations, including those with serious mental illness. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Valid Arizona driver’s license with minimum four years driving experience; meets company driving policy. Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (or apply within seven working days of commencement). Must pass TB test, drug screen, and background check.
