Front Desk Associate - Woodward Tahoe

Location: Soda Springs, California Job Overview As the Front Desk Associate you will welcome customers, discuss facility offerings, facilitate sales transactions, register guests, check them in onsite, maintain records, ensure completion of liability forms, and handle reservations. You will be accountable for retail sales, stocking, and inventory management, and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience. Job Responsibilities Thorough knowledge of all Woodward products, programs, and prices (winter and summer) Sell customers into correct programs and products at correct prices Ensure the highest level of guest service with a focus on product knowledge and engagement Ensure guests properly fill out liability waivers Input data into point of sales systems and create guest records accurately Distribute wrist bands to guests Answer telephones, check messages, and return customer calls daily Answer any questions potential guests may have (winter and summer) Sell and restock retail items Maintain inventory and conduct physical inventory counts monthly Keep front desk area clean and free of clutter Assist with cleaning common areas What We’re Looking For Prior background in guest service or retail position Organized and highly efficient Secretarial experience a plus Friendly, polite, and outgoing demeanor Must pass a background check Must have high‑school diploma or equivalent Compensation & Benefits Proposed hiring rate of $18+ (actual pay adjusted based on experience) Complimentary access to most POWDR owned resorts and facilities Friends & family discounts and complimentary passes Discounts on food, retail, and gear Career development and growth opportunities EEO Statement We are a welcoming community that celebrates individual stories, backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
