COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $195,000 – $225,000

SCHEDULE

Consistent weekday outpatient schedule Built-in administrative time Phone-only evening call coverage from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM ROLE Deliver adult outpatient Internal Medicine services within community-focused healthcare setting Manage chronic diseases, preventative care, and ongoing primary care treatment plans Maintain patient continuity and long-term care relationships Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care delivery Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and workflow management Support mission-driven patient-centered healthcare initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS
