Senior Manager Ecommerce

Position Summary We are a growing consumer products company with approximately $2 million in annual sales, selling through multiple online channels including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Wayfair. We are looking for a hands‑on Senior E-commerce Manager who can take ownership of our online business, identify growth opportunities, and help scale our revenue. Responsibilities Own the day-to-day performance of Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Wayfair. Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue and profitability. Optimize product listings, titles, images, keywords, and content across all marketplaces. Improve conversion rates and customer experience on the Shopify website. Manage promotions, pricing strategies, coupons, and seasonal campaigns. Oversee inventory availability and coordinate with operations to prevent stockouts and overselling. Monitor marketplace health metrics, seller performance, customer reviews, and account compliance. Manage email marketing campaigns, customer retention initiatives, and loyalty programs. Work with advertising agencies or directly manage Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising. Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, advertising results, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Create weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations. Research competitors, pricing trends, and new marketplace opportunities. Implement automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and support business growth. Own the health and performance of all marketplace accounts, including Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Wayfair. Monitor and maintain excellent account health metrics, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, On-Time Delivery Rate, Cancellation Rate, and other marketplace performance standards. Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and seller requirements to prevent account warnings, listing suppressions, or suspensions. Proactively resolve policy violations, customer complaints, A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, returns, and performance notifications. Manage catalog quality by maintaining accurate product listings, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory across all marketplaces. Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to quickly resolve issues that could negatively impact seller performance. Develop and implement processes that improve marketplace efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace escalations and account-related issues. Continuously monitor marketplace updates, policy changes, and new selling opportunities to ensure the business remains compliant and competitive. Qualifications 5+ years of e-commerce management experience. Strong hands‑on experience with Shopify. Experience managing Amazon Seller Central. Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Wayfair is strongly preferred. Knowledge of marketplace SEO, catalog management, and listing optimization. Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools. Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Self‑motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing company. Required Experience Demonstrated experience successfully managing and maintaining healthy seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Wayfair. Proven track record of resolving account health issues and maintaining high seller performance metrics. Strong understanding of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, listing optimization, and catalog management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Increase total online revenue. Improve gross profit margin. Increase Shopify conversion rate. Grow Amazon and marketplace sales. Improve Average Order Value (AOV). Increase repeat customer rate. Maintain marketplace account health and customer satisfaction. Improve advertising return on ad spend (ROAS).Reduce inventory stockouts and listing errors.
