Pay Rate: $60 to $63/hr

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: Night Shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Utica, New York. This role supports a busy Emergency Department caring for newborn, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with high-acuity conditions such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.


Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care for patients across all age groups
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in a fast-paced ED setting
• Support care for trauma, stroke, sepsis, cardiac, respiratory, and critical cases
• Use specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun as needed
• Float as required and collaborate with the care team to support safe patient outcomes


Requirements
• active new york registered nurse license required
• minimum 2 years of emergency department experience with some pediatric experience required
• current aha bls, acls, pals, nihss, and tncc required; tncc must be in hand
• epic experience and previous travel experience required
• updated resume, skills checklist, driver's license, nursys report, all rn license verifications, and rto required at submission
