Human Resources Representative

The Talent Acquisition Representative will support recruiting operations by partnering with Talent Advisors and TA Operations to ensure accurate job requisitions, efficient interview coordination, and an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews across multiple time zones and platforms, reviewing and editing job requisitions, supporting candidate pre-onboarding and offer paperwork, and providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition. The role also supports relocation activities, relocation invoice processing, and I-9 administration while maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. This is an on-site position requiring three or more days per week in the primary work location. Skills Required Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, effective time management, independent judgment, professional communication, customer service, collaboration, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to coordinate interviews, support job requisitions, manage candidate documentation, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills Preferred High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 or more years of related work experience . A higher-level related degree may substitute for required experience.
