Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual to operate and maintain equipment across three hydroelectric facilities in the Grand Rapids area.
The facilities generate clean, renewable hydroelectric power, and the Operator will help ensure the equipment and plants operate safely and reliably.
No specific industry experience is required. Everything from operating the equipment to facility procedures and light maintenance will be taught on the job. We're primarily looking for someone who is mechanically minded, hands-on, dependable, and willing to learn.
What You'll Do
Operate and monitor hydroelectric equipment and machinery
Perform routine inspections and light mechanical maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment and identify potential issues
Perform basic preventative maintenance
Use hand tools and mechanical equipment
Maintain accurate operating and maintenance records
Travel between the Fallasburg, Lowell, and Cascade facilities
