Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay : Starting at $18.00+ based on experience Commissions on every lease you secure Quarterly Bonus Potential Paid Time Off : 3 weeks vacation, sick time, plus a floating holiday Coverage You Can Count On : Medical, dental, vision, EAP 401K with a strong match Insurance kicks in fast – the 1st of the month after hire What You'll Do This is more than just leasing — it's launching a new community: Be the face of RISE Baymeadows for prospective residents Conduct tours (virtually and in person) and highlight what makes us special Build buzz and drive traffic through outreach, events, and social media Accurately complete leasing paperwork and enter data into our system Support the team with move-ins, marketing efforts, and day-to-day operations Create a warm, welcoming experience that makes people feel at home Represent the RISE brand with professionalism and pride What You Bring 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience New construction or lease-up experience is a big plus Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred Strong communication and closing skills Tech-savvy with CRM or property management software (Entrata experience = bonus points) Comfortable using social media to connect with your audience Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Weekend availability as needed for tours and events Positive attitude and a true team player Why You'll Love It Here This is your opportunity to help shape a brand-new community from the ground up.
