Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)

We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk with strong Accounts Receivable and collections experience to support a fast?paced office environment. This is an onsite role focused heavily on AR, customer follow?up, and accurate financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy AR and collections via email and phone
• Generate and process customer invoices
• Prepare and make bank deposits as needed
• Reconcile account discrepancies by analyzing AR activity
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
• Assist with month?end and year?end close processes
• Support ordering and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office experience in accounting (AR?focused)
• Strong collections experience required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Intermediate Excel skills (reports, reconciliations, spreadsheets)
• Detail?oriented with strong communication and follow?up skills
