Resident Services Coordinator - Montessa Heights

Job Summary The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with planning and implementing resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents. Requirements 1-2 years of resident services or strong customer service experience required. Lease‑up experience preferred. Someone familiar with the market. Entrata experience a plus. Responsibilities Coordinate all resident functions and activities, including orienting residents to the property, assisting with utility setup, and deliverance of packages and package claim reminders. Develop and publish property newsletter, which includes planned events, resident services, and advertisements. Handle resident issues, including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests; prepare incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues, in accordance with Company standards. Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain the contract on any such rental, and collect applicable fees. Ensure guest suites are in rental condition and provide additional amenities to residents, such as movie rentals, books, and games. Process work orders for the maintenance department, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately, and contact the resident to determine satisfaction with the work completed. Prepare weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed. Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert maintenance to items that need repair. Physical Demands Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet). Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty‑five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hour. (Murrieta, CA) Additional Compensation Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
