Follia is an upscale, scratch-concept Italian restaurant dedicated to providing an exceptional culinary and guest experience in an elegant, high-energy setting. We pride ourselves on authentic hospitality, a refined beverage program, and a chef-driven menu. We are currently seeking a polished, reliable, and professional Busser / Food Runner to join our front-of-house team for evening service.

As a Busser at Follia, you are the backbone of our dining room flow and atmosphere. You are responsible for maintaining a pristine dining space, resetting tables with precision, providing attentive table maintenance, and supporting our service team to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role requires speed, strong attention to detail, proactive teamwork, and a polished, professional demeanor.

• Table Turnaround & Resetting: Efficiently clear, sanitize, and reset tables according to Follia standards (flatware, glassware, napkins) to ensure a seamless seating flow for incoming guests.
• Pre-Bussing & Table Maintenance: Discreetly and continuously remove finished plates, empty glassware, and unused flatware throughout the meal without disturbing the guest experience.
• Water & Guest Care: Provide prompt initial water service to newly seated tables, monitor beverage levels, and assist servers with refilling water throughout the dining room.
• Bus Station & Side Work Management: Keep bus stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Transport dirty dishware/glassware safely to the dish pit, polish flatware and glassware, and restock service inventory.
• Dining Room Sanitation: Maintain a pristine dining space by ensuring floors, chairs, and service corridors remain clean, dry, and free of debris throughout the shift.
• Team Support & Synergy: Communicate table availability and readiness with the host stand, and assist servers and food runners as needed during peak service rushes.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of busser or floor support experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment preferred (candidates with exceptional work ethic and hospitality mindset will be considered).
• Availability: Must be regularly available for evening shifts starting at 4:30 PM, including weekends and holidays.
• Pace & Stamina: Ability to maintain speed and focus in a high-volume, fast-paced dining room. Physical capability to carry heavy oval trays, lift bus tubs (up to 40+ lbs), and stand/walk continuously for the duration of a shift.
• Professionalism: Polished appearance, a quiet and observant presence on the dining floor, and a hospitality-first mindset.
• Team Player: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to assist colleagues across the floor to deliver an unmatched guest experience.
