About the Position

Locums Anesthesiology Physician near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Flexible Scheduling, Broad Case Mix

Choose a schedule that fits your availability while working across a full-spectrum anesthesia practice. This hospital-based assignment includes cardiac, pediatric, obstetric, and regional anesthesia cases.

Practice & Cases:

• Inpatient hospital setting with 12 operating rooms
• General anesthesia, cardiac, obstetric, pediatric, and nerve block cases
• APP support available within the anesthesia team
• Must be comfortable providing full-scope anesthesiology coverage

Schedule:

• Daytime clinical coverage
• Minimum 10 shifts per month with opportunities for additional coverage
• Approximately 20 shifts per month available
• Call participation required, with details provided as coverage needs are finalized

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Pennsylvania license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification required
• DEA registration required

Logistics:

• Travel, lodging, rental car, and airfare provided
• Mileage reimbursement available
