Pay Rate: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 1 (Part-Time)

Start Date: 10/5/26

Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 30 hours - Flexible, the provider can make their own schedule, open on weekends - 2 10s or even 1 12s, or anything works

EMR: ACT – automatic client tracking

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Two years of driving experience and a valid DL
• Required to pass a national fingerprint background check and complete a questionnaire mandated by the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) inquiring about any sexual misconduct

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• RDH

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Washington License
