We're looking for a Cycle Counter to play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. What You'll Do

As a Cycle Counter, you'll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across raw materials, packaging components, finished goods, and non-conforming materials. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process cycle count transactions and analyze inventory activity using the ERP system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, locate missing materials, and verify correct storage locations.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged products, and inventory variances to leadership.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes.
• Perform stock and bin verification counts while maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Support weekly, quarterly, and annual inventory reporting activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Properly wear and utilize required PPE throughout each shift.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and wave machines.
• Assist with additional warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed.
• Work overtime when business demands require additional support.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Cycle Counter in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Warehouse experience with inventory management and material handling processes.
• Experience using ERP systems or similar inventory management software.
• Forklift operation experience and familiarity with warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to consistently follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners for inventory tracking and verification.
• Advanced inventory control and reconciliation experience.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

• Clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
• On-site work at one of two nearby locations within the same geographic area.
• Some areas may include exposure to oils and densely stored materials.
• Regular operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, wave machines, and other warehouse equipment.
• Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Full compliance with PPE requirements and safety procedures is expected.

Monday through Friday

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime available and expected as business needs require.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincolnshire, IL.
