Now Hiring: Marketing + Business Development Specialist I’m partnering with a well‑established professional services organization that’s looking for someone to step into a highly visible, relationship‑driven marketing + business development position supporting their Central & North Florida region. You MUST have legal experience. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, events, and client growth—perfect for someone who enjoys being both behind the scenes and front‑facing. What you’ll be owning: Serving as the go‑to marketing partner across multiple offices; this is a very visible, “face of the region” type role Building and executing regional business development plans alongside leadership Leading internal initiatives (team events, planning sessions, culture‑building efforts) Driving external efforts like client events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities Supporting pitches, RFPs, and materials that directly contribute to new business Creating and editing content; press releases, bios, newsletters, and more What they’re looking for: 5+ years in marketing, communications, or business development in a legal environment Strong writing and communication skills (this role touches a lot of content and stakeholders) Someone who can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball A proactive, self‑starter mindset; you’ll have autonomy here Comfort working cross‑functionally with leadership and client‑facing teams Tools + extras: Experience with Microsoft Office is key; exposure to platforms like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or email marketing tools is a plus.
