About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its pioneering energy storage solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall business leadership, strategic direction, and full accountability for operating performance, commercial growth, and organizational culture. This hands-on role requires the CEO to scale manufacturing and supply chain operations, lead a significant growth capital raise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with large corporate and utility customers. The ideal CEO will have a proven track record in scaling hard-tech or hardware companies, with a focus on energy storage or related power/grid technology. They must be adept at working with a technical co-founder, managing a sophisticated Board of Directors, and building a high-performing leadership team. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and significant experience in a similar operating leadership role. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, persuasive intensity, and a low-ego, execution-oriented leadership style. The CEO must be comfortable with the ambiguity and resource constraints of a scaling venture-backed company and have a personal track record of leading competitive, institutional capital raises. Experience in negotiating large commercial agreements and a background in energy storage or related technologies is essential. The role is suited to a candidate with high levels of intelligence, analytical strength, and a strong sense of ownership, who can inspire loyalty and trust and is committed to the fast-moving, high-stakes environment of the company.
