Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Nurse Aide to join our care team. In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and personal care while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, positioning, and use of wheelchairs or other equipment.
• Obtain vital signs and promptly report changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating and drinking as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment.
• Document care provided and communicate resident needs to the nursing team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow direction and communicate changes in resident condition.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving 50 pounds or more , assisting residents with transfers, and standing/walking for extended periods.
