Enterprise Sales Director

To drive new logo acquisition and expansion in the enterprise segment, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Director will personally manage a quota while coaching and scaling a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Key responsibilities Personally hunt, own, and close strategic enterprise accounts, driving measurable pipeline through various channels Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team, conducting regular coaching and performance reviews Present sales performance and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board as needed Required qualifications 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals Direct experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, or payment processors Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies and modern sales tools Strong executive presence and communication skills suitable for interactions with senior stakeholders
