Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $125.00

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on review of records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Perform regular rounds in confinement areas to monitor inmate adjustment and mental health needs
• Provide mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling services
• Address inmate behavioral concerns through appropriate psychological interventions
• Document and communicate findings to ensure continuity of care

What You Need

• Valid license (must be at least board eligible for privileges)
• Proven experience in psychological assessment and counseling
• Knowledge of psychological counseling theories and techniques
• Ability to work effectively within a team setting

• Experience working in correctional or similar settings
• Strong communication skills and cultural competency
