Order Fulfillment Lead

Our culture is based on a community focused on our company values and working towards a common goal. ABOUT THE ROLE A hands-on warehouse leadership role at a growing regenerative medicine company. You'll oversee daily fulfillment operations while actively picking, packing, shipping, managing inventory, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. KEY DUTIES Lead and support the fulfillment team Coordinate shipping and order processing Train and onboard employees Perform quality control checks Manage inventory, cycle counts, and documentation Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements Help improve warehouse processes and efficiency QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred Leadership or team coordination experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Excel Ability to lift 50+ lbs Experience with Fishbowl, HubSpot, shipping systems, or FDA-regulated environments is a plus PAY AND BENEFITS Hourly wage of $23-$25 per hour Paid Holidays Employer Paid Health Insurance, with dental, vision and life benefits available 401K matching 120 hours of Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
