ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in October 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent three years as a team member and completed the Agent Aspirant Program before opening my own agency. I'm proud to have already mentored an aspirant who has gone on to open their own agency. I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University, married with two boys, and enjoy spending time outdoors and cheering on LSU sports.

Giving back to our community is important to us. Our agency supports local churches and schools and is always looking for opportunities to give back and make a positive impact in the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Blake Jenevein - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
