Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000/yearly DOE + bonus

Blackhawk Industrial Group, delivers a full portfolio of industrial cleaning, maintenance, and specialty field services — including hydro-blasting, vacuum truck services, ultra high-volume hydro-blasting, outage/turnaround support, process sewer and storm drain cleaning, municipal services, hydro-excavation, automation, fugitive dust removal, dry ice blasting, and industrial maintenance. We partner with clients across industrial, municipal, and commercial markets to deliver support that exceeds expectations.

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, solving customer problems, and delivering tailored solutions from our full service portfolio.

• Manage and grow the existing customer base within your assigned territory.
• Visit customer locations to understand and expand their needs while delivering exceptional support.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls, deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in CRM/tracking tools (e.g., Excel).
• Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, professional networking, social selling, and referrals.
• Attend industry events, training, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Partner with other departments to refine campaigns and ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
• Track and hit KPIs for calls, meetings, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
• Report sales productivity to senior management on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Proactively engage customers with regular "good faith" visits tailored to their needs.
• Support Project Managers and Operations Managers with work estimates and bids.
• Recommend continuous improvements to the company's selling strategy.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

• 3-5 years of professional business-to-business sales experience required.
• Industrial cleaning and/or industry-specific experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (verified via Motor Vehicle Report).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time nationally based on business needs.

• Ability to operate computers, phones, and mobile devices, including repetitive hand, finger, and wrist movement.
• Clear vision, hearing, and speech to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, including while presenting or working at a workstation.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle for extended periods (4-6+ hours consecutively) and enter/exit a vehicle frequently during customer visits.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 plus commission/bonus incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
