CCIBT provides strategic, enterprise-wide technology capabilities and enabling services to our lines of business and management of the applications in terms of skills, stability, security, scalability, speed, and cost.In this role, you will:Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplinesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factorsMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of shared services knowledge with Microservices domain architecture on large platforms. 4+years of experience with Java Spring boot services with Rest oriented architecture2+ years of MongoDB experience1+ years of experience working with Cloud based platforms like OpenShift and Kubernetes.Desired Qualifications:1+ years of Payments domain knowledge and understanding of ISO20022 standards in the Banking industry.CI/CD experienceAutomation frameworks experience with Karate and Postman.Enterprise KafkaFile Based processingAPIGEE Market place Yuga byte DBExperience in leading multi-domain support team with good communication, mentoring and code reviewing skills.Self-initiated and fast driven analytical, designing and coordination skills.Job Expectations:Position will require onsite presence at one of the available locations listed below.
