Guest Services Associate

A Guest Services Associate ensures a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable experience for all guests attending Legacy Arena events. This role includes supporting box office operations, assisting with seating and directions, and providing high-level service to VIPs, suite guests, and special visitors.

Pay Grade: $16.50 per hour

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Terms of Employment: Temporary Work - Must be at least 16 years of age. Educational Level: High School or College Student Certification/License Required: None

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide directions to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits
• Scan and verify tickets, assist with seating, and manage crowd flow in assigned sections
• Support box office operations, including ticket sales, will call, and resolving ticketing issues
• Assist VIPs, suite holders, and special guests with entry, seating, and personalized service
• Monitor guest areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to venue policies
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Provide support during emergencies by following venue procedures and guiding guests safely
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain a smooth and organized environment
• Hospitality & Suite Support: Welcome guests to premium seating areas and hospitality suites
• Check credentials and ensure proper access to restricted areas
• Assist with guest needs in suites, including directions, basic service support, and coordination with catering staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in VIP areas

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Preferred (Optional): Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing
• Experience handling ticketing systems or guest relations
• Experience working with VIP or high-profile guests
