LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a temporary (potentially temp-to-hire) job opportunity. Depending on your performance and our client's future staffing needs, they may convert this role into a permanent position on their team. You will earn between $25.00 and $28.84 per hour in this role. You will also be eligible to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable: invoice entry, coding, and approvals
• Using automated workflows
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Assisting with month-end close processes
• Assisting with implementing process improvements
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with ERP software
• Previous experience with invoice automation platforms such as Stampli, Tipalti/TralD, Bill.com, Ramp, etc. highly preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills

Compensation: Hourly rate between $25.00 and $28.84.
