We are looking for an experienced Contract Lifecycle Manager to support commercial contract activities within the defense services sector in Orlando, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing agreements from initial drafting through execution, negotiation, and ongoing administration while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business alignment. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation, review, and revision of commercial agreements to support business objectives and contractual accuracy.
• Manage contract records, documentation, and status tracking to ensure organized administration across active agreements.
• Conduct negotiations with customers, partners, or vendors to help secure balanced terms and reduce contractual risk.
• Interpret contract language and provide practical guidance to internal teams on obligations, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with legal, business, and operational stakeholders to move contracts efficiently through approval and execution stages.
• Monitor contract performance requirements and support amendments, renewals, extensions, and other lifecycle changes as needed.
• Identify potential issues in contract terms and recommend solutions that align with company policies and compliance standards.
• Assist with contract-related process updates, including administrative changes or tool-related improvements, when required.• Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts in a detail-focused business environment.
• Strong background in contract negotiations with the ability to evaluate terms and support favorable outcomes.
• Hands-on knowledge of contract management and contract administration practices across the full agreement lifecycle.
• Experience drafting, editing, and reviewing contracts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret contractual terms and communicate requirements clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple agreements and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external business partners.
