SAP Functional Consultant

Quality Management Specialist
Must be able to translate quality management requirements from client into clear, actionable roadmap. Experience with QMS in food/regulated manufacturing. Strong preference for SAP QM knowledge to understand what may be available with our existing ERP solution. Strong facilitator who can bring clarity across diverse stakeholders. Able to connect business needs to system capabilities (SAP, LIMS, etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Align stakeholders on priority use cases (e.g., environmental monitoring/swab testing, non-conformance, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, LIMS)
- Assess current processes, systems, and data flows supporting quality activities
- Define a practical set of required capabilities (what we actually need vs. nice-to-have)
- Evaluate how these capabilities fit within our existing tech landscape (vs. introducing new tools)
- Recommend a phased roadmap with clear priorities and next steps
