We are seeking reliable and hardworking "dishwashers", "prep cooks", and "kitchen staff" to join our team.

General Responsibilities

• BE WILLING TO WORK IN ANY POSITION WHERE YOU ARE MOST NEEDED .
• All employees must maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Dishwashers must wash all pots, pans, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
    • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds if necessary
    • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
    • Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies in designated areas
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
    • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Previous dishwasher, janitorial, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
    • Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning and organizational duties as assigned
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
    • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed are a must
  • Prep Cooks and food preparation workers
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout your shift
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
    • Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning and organizational duties as assigned
    • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization ( specifically putting things back where you got them and not leaving anything for the Kitchen Staff )
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must -No Show, No Call, No Job- We need you
    • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed are a must
  • Kitchen Staff must help wherever needed
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
    • Empty trash and recycling containers as needed
    • Break down boxes and take trash out to the dumpsters
    • Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning and organizational duties as assigned
    • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
    • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist where needed are a must
