Installation Coordinator

Seeking an Installation Coordinator for a well-established Manufacturing company in Greensboro, NC. This key role takes responsibility and accountability for managing the full installation process—not simply coordinating individual tasks - in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Manage multiple machine sale-to-installation projects simultaneously, while maintaining ownership of the project plans, communications, deadlines, dependencies, and required customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues across service, operations, and logistics teams + customers to keep each installation organized and on track.
• Use Salesforce to document the process, maintain visibility into project status and open action items, and support consistent communication among everyone involved.
• Ensure installations are completed accurately, potential issues are identified early, responsibilities are followed through to completion, and customers receive consistent, proactive communication throughout the process.
• Create seamless, well-managed, positive customer experience from the initial sold-order handoff through installation and post-installation follow-up.
• Demonstrate project ownership, sound judgment, strong organization, professional persistence.
• Collaborate and coordinate multiple people and priorities without direct authority.
• 2 years of installation project management in a manufacturing setting is required
• Proficient with Salesforce & MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service delivery
