Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires a meticulous and innovative individual who can effectively interpret blueprints, operate CNC lathes and mills, and utilize TRUMPF Laser Cutting technology. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Quartz Machining and Manual Inspection. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: 1. Interpreting and utilizing complex blueprints and schematics to perform tasks. 2. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts. 3. Utilizing TRUMPF Laser Cutting technology for various manufacturing processes. 4. Conducting quartz machining operations with precision and efficiency. 5. Performing manual inspections of parts to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. 6. Troubleshooting issues with machinery and equipment, and performing necessary maintenance or repairs. 7. Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes. 8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. 9. Keeping detailed records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered. 10. Continually updating knowledge and skills in line with technological advancements in the field. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a CNC Programmer Machinist in a manufacturing environment. 2. Extensive knowledge and experience in blueprint reading, CNC lathe operation, CNC mill operation, TRUMPF Laser Cutting, and Quartz Machining. 3. Proficiency in manual inspection and quality control procedures. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Strong mechanical and technical skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 9. Proficiency in using computer software for programming and design. 10. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in CNC programming or a related field preferred.
