Juliet, TN 37122OverviewPosition Type Full TimeDescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Associate (3–5 years experience) is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing programs that support and enhance the organization's brand, lead generation, and revenue growth objectives. This role leads social media communications while also contributing to digital advertising strategy, paid media execution, and performance marketing optimization. This position owns the planning and execution of social media, paid digital advertising (PPC, display, paid social), email marketing, and content marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with global and regional campaigns, product launches, and key company priorities. Additional responsibilities include managing content calendars, analyzing campaign performance, supporting marketing events, and serving as a key member of the North American Marketing Team.
