This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a high-growth environment, partnering with multinational clients and helping organizations navigate the tax complexities associated with globally mobile workforces.The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical global mobility tax expertise, client advisory experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This position offers significant visibility, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing practice.What You'll DoServe as a trusted advisor to clients on global mobility tax matters and cross-border compliance requirements.Manage and review tax deliverables for globally mobile employees.Advise clients on tax planning strategies, assignment structuring, tax equalization, and tax-efficient compensation approaches.Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and mobility stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.Manage client relationships, lead engagements, and drive a high-quality client experience.Mentor and develop team members while supporting the continued growth of the practice.Oversee engagement economics, including billings, collections, metrics, and project profitability.Identify additional service opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.Stay current on international tax regulations and emerging mobility trends.What We're Looking ForProgressive experience in Global Mobility Tax, Expatriate Tax, or International Individual Tax.Experience leading client engagements and managing teams.Strong technical knowledge of global mobility tax compliance and consulting.Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.CPA, JD, EA, MST, or related credential preferred.Why Consider This Opportunity?Join a newly established team experiencing significant growth.Work alongside a highly accomplished leadership group in a collaborative environment.Remote flexibility with preference for candidates located in East Coast or West Coast time zones.Quarterly travel requirements.Competitive compensation package including substantial bonus potential. xhyhwjd Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly expanding practice.
