Meritan, a Tennessee-based nonprofit, seeks an Entry Level Case Manager to support foster families and children across the state. In this full-time role, you will advocate for the child, assess health and social needs, and connect families with essential services around Jackson and the state. You will work with a dedicated Specialized Foster Care team, interfacing with community partners, and may assist with adoptions and home studies as appropriate in the foster care system. #J-18808-Ljbffr Meritan
