Day Shift | $25-$35/Hour | Bridgeport, WV Tired of Running the Same Part Every Day?

A well-established, family-owned machine shop in Bridgeport, WV is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its growing team on day shift . This opportunity offers challenging, hands-on work machining and repairing custom components that support industries such as mining, heavy equipment, construction, and industrial manufacturing.

This is not a repetitive production environment. Every day brings new projects, unique customer requirements, and opportunities to apply your machining knowledge and problem-solving skills. • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications
• Select tooling and perform machine offsets
• Manufacture precision components and repair existing parts
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify quality
• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues as they arise
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
• Experience performing machine setups
• Proficiency using precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and solve problems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
