W2 | $80–$110 per hour

Location Requirement: Candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of Baltimore, MD , as some in-person services are required.

Move Up ABA provides in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with Autism throughout Maryland.

• Competitive hourly rate: $80–$110/hour

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training.

Hybrid Model:
Initial assessments and early supervision sessions are conducted in person. Telehealth options may be available once cases are established.

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Complete and maintain clinical documentation

• Analyze treatment data and make program modifications

• Provide supervision and support to RBTs

• Deliver parent and caregiver training

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience

• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism

• Experience supervising RBTs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
