HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking an HVAC Service Technician in the Denver Metro area to service commercial mechanical systems across Colorado's Front Range.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems

• Service equipment at high altitude locations requiring specialized considerations

• Troubleshoot rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and building automation systems

• Maintain packaged air conditioning units and heat pump systems

• Travel throughout the Denver Metro area and Front Range communities

• Document service activities and communicate with property managers

• Respond to emergency service calls during Colorado's extreme weather conditions

• Follow safety protocols for working at elevation and in varying weather

Requirements

*Must-Haves:*

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

• Experience with high-altitude HVAC considerations preferred

• Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training

• EPA certification for refrigerant handling

• Physical ability to work at various elevations

*Nice-to-Haves:*

• Colorado HVAC contractor license

• Building automation systems experience

• Snow removal equipment operation

• OSHA 10 certification
