Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator

Full-Time Position | $15–$18/hour

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator . This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career, recently graduated, or looking to build experience in marketing, customer relationships, and sales.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, staying organized, and bringing positive energy to every conversation. You do not need an insurance license for this role. You will receive training and support while gaining valuable experience in the insurance industry.

Position Overview

This role focuses on connecting with potential clients, following up with leads provided by the company, assisting with marketing efforts, and helping create a strong online presence. You will not be responsible for generating your own leads — your focus will be on turning existing opportunities into conversations and helping clients take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads provided by the company through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods

• Build relationships with potential clients by providing friendly and professional communication

• Schedule appointments and connect interested individuals with the insurance team

• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records in the company system

• Assist with social media content creation and posting

• Help manage online engagement and respond to messages/comments

• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts

• Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Comfortable talking on the phone and building relationships

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable learning new technology and software

• Social media experience or interest is a plus

• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
