Senior Associate, M&A Tax Diligence & Structuring

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our national Transaction Tax Services team focused on tax due diligence and structuring for middle-market deals. You will execute buy-side and sell-side tax diligence, model transaction outcomes, and deliver client-ready recommendations as part of live transactions from diligence through close, with direct partner access.
