Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives as a part-time Speech Language Pathologist in a fully virtual, flexible role supporting private school students. This position focuses on delivering Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and targeted speech therapy services to a small caseload of 5 to 6 students for approximately 4 to 5 hours per week. You’ll collaborate with families, educators, and students to create positive outcomes—all from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual speech-language therapy services in alignment with prescribed ISPs
• Collaborate with district and private school personnel, as well as homeschooling parents, to coordinate schedules and services
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Maintain thorough documentation for each student in accordance with district and state standards
• Adapt strategies and interventions to meet individual needs and goals

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
• Experience providing school-based therapy, especially in virtual settings, strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both educators and parents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a changing caseload and scheduling needs

This is a contract role with hours set collaboratively to meet the needs of students, families, and your own schedule. Please note, funding for the position is capped by the state and may conclude once budget limits are reached.
