Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas SLP license required
• Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or school-based pediatric experience
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a range of K-12 students as assigned
• Complete assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers for integration of communication goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district policies and state regulations
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required by the district
