Make a meaningful impact supporting school-aged children as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Pasadena, TX. What you’ll do:

• Manage a caseload of 58 students requiring speech-language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations, including arena and SI testing, for nonenrolled students ages 3-5 presenting with speech or language concerns.
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Document outcomes and maintain compliance with all required standards and timelines.
• Facilitate both small group and one-on-one intervention sessions.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist credential.
• Open to experienced professionals (CCC) and recent graduates (CFY), as well as those with school-based SLP experience.
• Strong understanding of assessment protocols and therapy planning for diverse populations.
• Enthusiasm for working with early childhood and school-age children.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
