Make a difference for private school students as a part-time virtual Speech-Language Pathologist on a flexible contract. In this fully remote position, you’ll work closely with a small caseload of 5 to 6 students, primarily supporting Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and providing targeted therapy. This contract is state-budgeted and may conclude before the end of the school year if funding is exhausted, so adaptability is key. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC certification
• Prior experience supporting school-aged students in virtual or remote settings preferred
• Proficiency in administering and documenting ISPs and therapy plans for students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with administrators, parents, and students
• Strong organization and time management, especially for coordinating with multiple parties
• Tech-savviness and comfort with teletherapy platforms and documentation tools

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual speech/language therapy and ISP services to private school and homeschooled students
• Coordinate with school contacts and parents to schedule sessions within mutually agreeable times
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy activities and goals as needed
• Complete all required documentation for district and state reporting
• Maintain professional communication with parents, educators, and administrators
